WHERE IS MY ORDER?
Once an order is placed, please allow 2 to 4 business days for the order to be packed and shipped from our warehouse. Upon shipment, you will receive an email with your tracking information so you may track the package online. Please allow up to 7 business days for the package to arrive to you from the day your order is shipped.
MY PACKAGE IS MISSING. CAN YOU HELP?

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Refunds are not allowed unless it is due to a merchandise defect. All claims must be made within 7 business days of delivery. Any claims outside of this timeframe will not be accepted, no exceptions. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and provide an order number and a detailed explanation of the issue.
Order cancellation requests should be made as soon as possible as some orders may ship the same day. We are unable to cancel orders which have been shipped and are en route to the customer.
I MADE A MISTAKE ON MY ORDER. CAN I CHANGE THE SIZE OR ADD ITEMS TO MY CURRENT ORDER
If a size change is needed, please contact email@example.com with the order number and request an order cancellation immediately before item(s) shipped. The order can be canceled allowing customers to reorder the preferred size and/or add additional items. Please note, we cannot cancel orders once they have been shipped.
CAN YOU HELP WITH A DAMAGED PRODUCT?
Please send a photo of the damaged product to firstname.lastname@example.org with your information and we would be happy to help you with a resolution. Please note, any damaged item outside of a 7 day return window cannot be returned or credited.
