Refunds are not allowed unless it is due to a merchandise defect. All claims must be made within 7 days of delivery. Any claims outside of this timeframe will not be accepted, no exceptions. Please contact email@example.com and provide an order number and a detailed explanation of the issue. We would be happy to help you with a resolution.
Outbound shipping fees from the original order are not refundable.
If you received a wrong/faulty item, please contact us immediately with the following information:
- Your order number
- Pictures of the wrong/faulty item, the packaging and the delivery slip
Please make sure to keep the delivery slip and also make pictures of the outside and inside of your package. We will find a solution for you as fast as possible!
